I recently took a ring in to be sized up and the wonderful person who is such an expert took my ring and with a plastic little hammer, worked her magic and sized it without me having to add gold and expense. Kathein Jewelers listens to your question vs thinking about how to answer it. They provide experienced factual answers. Quoted the level of effort and associated costs, keep you updated during the process, deliver quality work as quoted and on time. That is the definition of a 5 star business. My wife had been to Kathein Jewelers in the past and were very happy with the service and experience level. We needed an Eternity ring repaired. Ari looked at it, explained the issues and what it would take to fix/correct the ring. Here is where Kathein is different than an everyday Jeweler. It was then pointed out that to just repair would not solve an underlying issue and that it is likely to have problems in the future based on how it was initially built/made. It would have been very easy to fix and repair and collect a fee. Customer would be happy and Kathein paid for services. Ari pointed out the flaws and why we should do more than just "fix it" What he did not know was that we had a similar issue with the ring years ago. Kathein did the right thing for us in the long run. My wife has her ring back, delighted, impressed again by Kathein Jewelers!
